Busy residential remodeling Company looking for someone great to grow with us! We are currently looking to implement a full-time person to Manage our customer Finance department and to assist with some admin and reception duties.

Print all contracts from database and prepare customer files for installation department
Submit all of the finance applications (for financed jobs) to our finance vendors for approval
Follow customer loans closely via the finance company to ensure all customer required stipulations are being met. Hold jobs until finance company give approval to install
Process all credit card and check payments for customer projects
Maintain files of jobs with partial balances still due and collect those balances upon final completion of work (ie: custom shower doors, customer supplied materials, etc)
Process all change orders, send them to customers, make sure we receive approval from customers in a timely manner and once change orders are signed off on give copies to all departments
Assist front desk with answering incoming calls and inquiries
Experience Requirements
Experience with residential remodeling sales contracts and processing customer financing is required for this position
You must possess exceptional organizational skills
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills in order to be successful in this position. You will be working directly with our customers to make sure that they are enrolled in their desired financing program and you will need to guide them through the finance process
